1. Acceptance
By accessing filebrookline.click or engaging File Brook Line Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for verification or documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Services described
We provide in-person offline wallet access verification, recovery documentation, inheritance handover coordination, and related custody record-keeping. We do not custody client assets, execute trades, manage exchanges, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your seed phrases and passphrases, and decisions about asset transfers. You must attend sessions sober, with valid identification, and with devices charged and accessible.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, binder templates, and documentation formats are owned by File Brook Line Co., Ltd. You receive a licence to use binder materials for personal custody purposes. You may not reproduce our templates for commercial distribution.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses resulting from pre-existing seed compromise, client error during passphrase entry, market movements, or third-party exchange failures.
7. Confidentiality
We do not disclose client identities, holdings, or session details to third parties except as required by Korean law or with your written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
