What clients report

We had not opened our Trezor since 2021. The quarterly check revealed our passphrase card had a smudged word — we could read it, but barely. Jun-ho photographed the card edge (with our permission) and helped us create a fresh engraved backup before the old one faded further.
— H.L., Mapo, quarterly verification since 2022
The inheritance handover session was emotionally difficult but necessary. My daughter signed the log alongside me, and the binder now sits in our solicitor's safe. I only wish we had done this two years earlier when my health was better.
— D.W., Seocho, inheritance handover 2025
Documentation quality is high. The recovery binder is clear enough that my wife could follow it without calling me. Pricing felt steep until I compared it to one hour of our corporate lawyer's time — then it seemed reasonable, though not cheap.
— A.S., Gangnam, recovery documentation 2024
After a firmware update bricked my Ledger Nano S, the emergency rehearsal helped me confirm the replacement device accepted the same seed. The two-hour slot was tight; we finished with one minute to spare.
— P.M., Yongsan, emergency rehearsal 2025

Extended case note: The three-device household

A family in Hannam-dong held Bitcoin across a Ledger, a Coldcard, and a paper wallet in a safe-deposit arrangement. They had never tested whether all three paths still worked.

Over two quarterly visits, we verified each device independently, reconciled address labels in their binder, and documented which path the executor should attempt first. The second visit caught a BIP39 passphrase mismatch on the Coldcard — the family had been using an older passphrase variant since a 2023 trip abroad.

The binder now includes a decision tree on page seven. The family renewed their annual retainer.
