2. Information we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, service selection, preferred date, and message content.
- Client records: name, address, phone, government ID number (for witnessed sessions only), device inventory metadata, verification dates, and transaction hashes from test transfers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect or store seed phrases, PIN codes, private keys, or exchange passwords.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to schedule verifications, prepare custody binders, communicate about appointments, comply with Korean legal obligations, and improve website performance through optional analytics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (appointment scheduling and record-keeping), and consent where required (analytics cookies).
5. Data retention
Contact form enquiries are retained for 24 months. Client custody records are retained for seven years after the final session unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies. Cookie consent preferences are stored locally in your browser.
6. Your rights
Under applicable Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Submit requests to contact@filebrookline.click. We respond within 30 days.
7. International transfers
Our website may be accessed globally. Client data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Korea. We do not routinely transfer custody records outside Korea except with your explicit instruction (for example, sending a binder PDF to foreign counsel).
8. Security
We maintain physical access controls at our Mapo office, encrypted storage for digital records, and staff confidentiality agreements. No method of transmission is completely secure; we encourage clients not to email seed material.
9. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with Korean legal authorities when required by law, or with your designated counsel when you authorise handover documentation.
